This beer has a great carbonation to it. I opened it before we sat down for dinner and just set it on the table. As I was drinking another beer, this one had a small little turtle-poker of a head popping out the top of the bottle, looking around, and inviting all of us to partake.
Luckily, the beer didn’t have to wait long and I was able to dive in, which was a good experience. Overall, this was a solid brew. You could definitely taste the yeast and to be quite honest, it might have been a little bit overpowering. That aside, though, this was a good beer that I would drink again. I don’t think I would buy it, though, so it stays in the middle of the road category. A good beer for the summer heat, that is for sure.
